VintCo has all new reproduction crankshafts completely assembled for your early 70’s 250cc Ossa that will get you back on track.  These complete Ossa Crankshafts are made with modern materials and manufacturing techniques to ensure an as good or better than OEM fitment and performance. These Ossa crankshafts have the heavy duty Yamaha conversion installed.  VintCo crankshafts are assembled with a Heavy Duty Forged Steel connecting rod and with the wrist pin bearing included.  These new Crankshafts fit the DMR, MAR, SDR, Pioneer, Stiletto and Explorer models 1970-73.  Don’t waste time rebuilding your old crank when you can get a complete reproduction new crank to drop in.   This newly manufactured crankshaft from VintCo will help you keep the ride going!

Wow. New cranks for all Ossa motors. Not sure why, but my motors run quieter with these, compared to rebuilt cranks with the rod conversion. Excellent.

This crank dropped right into my 1971 Stiletto TT engine cases perfectly and finished the balance of the 2019 AHRMA race season (totaling 7 nationals) with no issues.

While I have not gotten into the project I will say that yje Crank arrived faster than the engine stand needed and bought from another source. Thew 4th of July discount program was great as well. I have bought from Vintco beforee and it only gets better. THANKS SO MUCH. I currently have 10 different Ossa's from a 1967 Pioneer 230 to the newest which is this 1973 SDR Pioneers and a couple of Stilettos. 1973 About ended my Ossa time in my youth so I have focused on things I have owned and enjoyed. my 4 Stroke world is filled with HD's and Tube frame Buells

Ossa MAR 250 crankshaft

Nice quality replacement crankshaft. Nice fitment. Would be great if you offered crankshaft shims to aid in setting endplay. Thanks!
